Lovely place: tasty homemade food, kind service in a bucolic area and only a stone’s throw from the high way. Definitely worth the stop for at least coffee or lunch !

Best restaurant in Niort - we were very impressed with all aspects of l'Auberge. Most importantly the food was excellent, we all had different things and there was universal praise. Service was attentive and the interior is nicely decorated, perhaps the lighting near the fireplace is a bit bright, but we were at the other end. The garden looks great for next summer. Wine list was comprehensive with helpful hearts on it to help you choose. Price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Great experience we will be back for sure.
A great experience from start to finish. The place has a class atmosphere. The service was exemplary. We had filet de boeuf and the cheese platter. Both exceptional in quality and value for money. We will certainly go back when next in the area.
Excellent location, beautiful setting. This is a fine dining establishment that favors local produce as part of their elaborate menu. A lovely culinary experience. Let the sommelier suggest a wine pairing to go with your selection. If weather permits, you must sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the water.
